Mission

The property Voluation Bureau is responsible for the determination of property valuation for real estate and other related legal properties. The assessed value is used for the collection of fees for ownership registration and other legal acts. The mission is carried out as follows:

1. Valuation of land

       • Block based voluation. (Land value is assessed in clusters divided according to stretches of road or alley (soi).

       • By parcel based (Land value is assessed for individual land parcel and quoted per square wah. This method has been approved for use in the Bangkok metropolitan region and in some municipal areas.).
       •Building Valuation is carried out according to 69 standard categories.
